Coral Gables

The City of Coral Gables, Florida incorporated in 1925, is a comprehensively planned city whose predominantly Mediterranean Revival character was inspired by Spanish and Italian precedents. Monuments centuries old became the inspiration for both residential and commercial architecture, and "antique" gateways reminiscent of ancient triumphal arches, introduced the visitor to an impression of a community steeped in tradition.

Conveniently located just 15 miles south of Downtown Miami and 5 miles from Miami International Airport, Our Village is home to approximatly18500 residents. Encompassing about 8 square miles our boundaries are Snapper Creek Canal to north, Southwest 136 Street to the South, Southwest 57 Avenue to the east and US 1 to the west. South Miami

South Miami, located next to Coral Gables, was established in the late 1890’s as a farming community and was incorporated in 1926.  It still retains a small town atmosphere with friendly shops and quiet, tree-lined streets.  It is a closed-knit residential community.  An informal lifestyle is perhaps the best description of South Miami.  The Shops at Sunset, which is scheduled to be completed in 1998, is a large complex of boutiques, movies and restaurants, and is located at the crossroads of Sunset Drive and Red Road.  Homes range from moderate to expensive.

Coconut Grove

In the city of Miami, this city represents the historical best of Miami's past. The "hippie" hideaway of the 60's and 70's has been transformed into a vibrant community on beautiful "Sailboat Bay" with fabulous shopping, restaurants, theatre, and renowned private and parochial schools. This premier location offers distinctively unique properties set in grand gardens with umbrella banyan trees and cool bay breezes.

Cocoplum

This Arvida developed exclusive residential water's edge enclave boasts luxurious homes on a series of private islands with easy direct access to Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. This private lush community enjoys outstanding security and its own private marina and club.

Gables Estates

This very exclusive waterfront community encompasses more than 200 acres on Coral Gables' shoreline. Gables Estates features private secured mansions on over one-acre estate lots and is recognized as one of South Florida's most prestigious neighborhoods

Miami Beach

Miami Beach, once thought of as an area for tourists and winter residents, has become a stable and diverse community.  Built on a series of barrier islands, Miami Beach is located between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.  Large resort hotels and luxury condominiums are numerous, but local residents and newcomers are discovering that single family homes are good buys on waterfront property.  The Sunset Islands, Indian Creek Island and LaGorce Island remain elegant and expensive.  Located at the southernmost end of Miami Beach, there is South Beach.  Aside from single-family homes and condominiums, there are outdoor cafes and night clubs frequented by the artistic types and the trendy jet set.  Just to the north of Miami Beach are the Bay Harbor Islands.  In addition to single-family homes and condominiums, Bay Harbor is noted for its art galleries along Kane Concourse.  Surfside is a residential and tourist community on the ocean that is filled with families.  In contrast, adjoining Bal Harbor is a city of expensive high rise condominiums, and hosts the most elegant upscale retail centers anywhere.  Prices for homes in the Miami Beach areas run the full spectrum starting at the mid $100,000’s to the millions.  Condominiums can start as low as $50,000 and run into the millions.
